Will the Approved Sample Match Final Production?

The approved sample should be the reference for production. The simple rule is clear: what you approve should be what you receive.

What should be checked on the approved sample?

Confirm appearance, materials, LED layout, controller, accessories, packaging, labels and functions. Record the exact version that has been approved.

Do all files describe the same product?

Quotation, specification, sample, packaging, user manual and production instructions should carry one consistent set of product information.

How should changes be controlled?

No specification change should be made without confirmation. If a material, component, accessory or artwork changes, update the relevant records and approve the revised reference.

What should guide final production?

Use the approved sample together with the locked specification and artwork. This gives the buyer, production team and quality team the same definition of the finished product.
